I am very confused and want to know the basic requirements for ILR like
1.) Form to be used for main applicant
2.) Form to be used for dependents
3.) Maintenance fund is required or not ?
4.) rule for dependents like there stay at UK time lines etc
I am on tier 1 and will be completing 5 yrs in June 2012 but want to know about the above basic points so that I can take care of any specific stuff from now onwards.
Please help
Thanks

You don't need to count travel dates ... exclude them ...

Your absences look fine ... none above 90days at a stretch ... wats the total count excluding the travel dates ? looks like its less than 180 , so you are safe ...

Thanks Sunil.
For example : 21st Dec 2007******** ** 6th Jan 2008
1st day out of UK will be : 22nd dec and last day will be 5th Jan ?
My passport says arrived Delhi on 22nd Dec so logically it should be 1st full day out of UK as expected .
Is that correct ?

Logically you need to exclude 21st Dec in this example, but since your stamp says 22nd its fair enough to count that as the travel date and exclude it ...
The same for the entry dates as well ....

Hi Suneel and Friends,
One confusion still remains pending :
See , my passport has stamp "arrived india" Date as 22nd Dec and probably I took night flight from London - Delhi so in this case my travel date to be excluded is 21st dec or 22nd dec .
Exit from UK has no stamp hence I don't remember that I departed on 21st Night or 22nd Morning .
I don wanna put data just by assumption .........it may lead to invalid / false data.
Return date is no issue since 6th jan is "departed india" as well as "arrived UK" so its simple that 6th jan need to be Excluded.
I am just confused about - 21st or 22nd dec ?
Please help.
Thanks
