can i apply 10 years resident ..pls help

i study in london for 7 yrs and got married with italian got my visa 5y extend.now im 10 over in uk.can i apply my permanent resident.please help with mant thanks :roll:

If your spouse has been exercising treaty rights for those 5 years, then you already have Permanent Residency and there is no need to apply for ILR.

Have you considered naturalisation as British? Is your spouse now British?
