How to use Separate Sheet to fill up Form...

How to use Separate Sheet to fill up Form...

Hi,

I am going to Submit tomorrow. I have a small prob. In Section 2 Work Experience, they have mentioned that we can use Separate Sheet if necessary. I am not able to fill all the companied details in that form only, should I use another paper in the same format and mention that "Pls refer Enclosure 1".

This new sheet will be having same Tables like HSMP Form and I'll give it the name as Enclosure 1. Pls suggest me...
