changing the criteria in the review

Hi,
Can some one suggest if in the review we ask them to review from a different criteria than the one mentioned in the original application?

example:
if I have asked to evaluate me as specialist in the application
but in the review if I ask them to review me as an graduate level

do they consider that?

I asked them over the phone they said yes.

But I am not confident about it.

Can some one suggest me?

yes, i did
in orignal aplication i asked for specilaist claimed for 35
and got zero for experinace and 50 total now in review i have asked fro 25 considering gradute job.
