Hi
I am currently on Tier1 dependant and working for a company here since last 2 years. My visa expires in April 2012. My current employer is ready to sponsor me.
However since my job is not on the shortage list, they say a resident labour test is required before they apply for CoS.
Has anyone changed from Tier 1 to Tier 2? and if so can you kindly let me know how you went about it? Is a Resident labour test needed?
How did your employer process your application?
Any feedback from the experts will be much appreciated.
