Dependent Child & Early renewal

Post by ramtheconqueror » Sat Jan 28, 2012 5:02 am

Hello All,

I have got couple of questions. Any help is highly appreciated.

1. My Tier 1 Visa & my wife's dependent Visa expires in Jan 2013. What is the earliest date I can go for Visa renewal?
2. I want to bring my baby to UK in May. What is the bank balance I have to maintain?
3. Do I need to maintain balance for 3 of us even though i will be applying visa for my baby only?

Thanks & Regards.

1- You can apply for extension any time.
2- It depends how long you been living in UK. see guidance notes.
3- You need maintenance funds for yourself and for your baby.
