OCI collection at HCI, London

Dear All,
I have to go to submit my Spouse's and Child's British Passports for OCI and then collect them in the evening from HCI, London. Please can anyone suggest what time I should go for Collection in the evening? Website says 4-4.30pm, but wanted to know if I should reach there early or 4pm is fine? Would really help me to plan.

If there is any other thing I should take care of, please let me know.

If only it was this easier. Everybody knows how good the phone service of HCI is.

Reach there by 4pm. Sometimes there is a small queue, but usual wait time is 15-20 minutes.

Dont bother going to London because from the 13th of Jan 2014 you can only collect it by POST!!!, even if it is a misc service (like new passports etc)
I went early and came back disappointed

When your status shows OCI received, you need to send the following documents (as applicable):
- print out of status
- british passport original
- PIO card if applicable
- for misc service : new and old british passports + old oci booklet
- special delivery self addresses envelope

They have changed rules all of a sudden without letting us know when we subitted it!
