Applying ILR

Post by deep_love » Tue Jan 31, 2012 9:42 pm

Hi,i will apply for ILR as a husband of british citizen in march but i need some answers...
I hope someone answer this questions...:)

I have got my visa 27 january 2010 and i came to UK 8 march 2010.
I have been in Ireland only 1 week. When i arrived to ireland they put stamp on my visa but they didn't put any stamp on visa when i come back to UK.I have phone to Immigration Office cause of stamp. They said "It is not important".
So now i have no second stamp on visa...
When i apply for ILR the home office will ask me about stamp.Do u think they will want a proof that i come back to UK ?
How they will calculate how long i have been here?
Thank you...

I don’t think so this would be an issue as I have heard other people saying that their passports weren’t stamped sometimes.
