Hello Everyone,

I am applying to switch from PSW to Tier 2 this week,

my wife is in the UK with me on a PSW with (Not dependent)

can she apply with me as a dependent on this application or she has to apply from India?

Can anyone please clarify

She will have to apply from India, as she does not satisfy the requirements of 319C(h) to apply for leave to remain (switch) from within the UK.
