NEED ADVICE ON MY UNMARRIED COUPLE CASE

I BEEN LIVING WITH BRITISH CITIZEN FOR OVER 5 YRS AND HAVE A KID TOGETHER , AND AM OVER STAYER GOT MY CAASE WITH HOME OFFICE FOR OVER 2 YRS NOW AND HAVENT HEARD ANYING , AM NOT EVEN ALLOWED TO WORK BUT PARTNER IS WORKING , HOW LONG IS THE PROCEDURE AND WILL I BE ABLE TO GET A STAY

Overstaying

You've overstayed in the UK so it's unlikely that your application will be dealt with any time soon. Your not cosidered a priority to deal with in fairness to those who have adhered to the immigration rules. Your case will also require specialist consideration as you have applied in a category that requires entry clearance.

Why did you overstay in the UK?
