invoices is that you generate for the clients and invoice explanation ( optional) is given by your accountant about the invoices explaining the payments in details but that's always optional.

Sole trader :
1. NI contribution bill.
2. Letter from accountant profit/ loss statement
3. Letter from account with ne profit
4. Balance sheet
5. Business/ personal bank statement
6. Invoices
7. Insurance if any
8. Invoice explanation statement from accountant if have it
9. Tax document to say that you have files or paid HMRC tax

I think this should be enough to prove self employment as sole trader . Seniors please comment.

Contract agreements

Can you please explain what are the contract agreements? Are the optional or mandatory?

I am employed full time + sole trader

contract agreement is an agreement with your client which lists services provided, payment terms, length of service, etc. Its an important document as a signed contract is a crucial link between the consultant & client

Contract agreement I think is an auxiliary requirement , I don't think it's in the guidelines of the uKBA . If you have it it's good but definitely I think it's not a necessarily required while applying . It's actually an agreement between you and the client whome you provide your service . But don't worry it's not the foremost requirement ..
Seniors plz comment if I am wrong.
