family visit visa appeal or re apply advice needed

Post by kat_549 » Sun Feb 05, 2012 11:33 am

My father recently applied for family visit visa but eco refused stating that you are fulll time employee and you applied for 3to 4 monthsand iam sure that as full time employee you cant get 4 months leave hence i refuse your application.

my father has strong financial background and his employer can give him leave till six months. my problem is that i had a preterm baby in dec who is in hospital and i need my family asap to support me emotionally. shall i ask my father to reapply with employers no onjection certificate with six months leave or should i appeal

See also Appeal or start over?

In view of visa's low cost, perhaps a new application may be better.

if it is urgent reapply but be sure to make sure you get the leave issue sorted , in this day and age which genuine employer gives this amount of leave ? If he can take it then explain why . Be careful to show that this is only a visit and not to provide child care

my father is a government employee and has not taken any annual leave from past 6 years so he is entitled to a six months leave whenever he wishes and he has already got no objection certificate from his employer. he wants to travel only for a month but since he mentioned 3to 4 months in previous application thsts reason iam asking him to state 3to 4 months again
