i am on student appeal,can i make fresh psw aplication in uk

i am still on student appeal,
i applied for student extension,it was refused with right to appeal.i went for appeal.it was dismissed with right to appeal on upper tribunal.now am appealing to upper tribunal.

Once if i get my Masters degree,can i make psw application staying on appeal.

are there any chances of rejections.

Hi
Reason for my visa refused:cas letter with out English test.
1st Appealed :with new cas letter with level 2 English. Again refused.
2ndappeal:waiting for decision.

I am about to get my masters results,can I apply for psw in this situation.

I have the same confusion, the only differences are:

My appeal is already allowed in september 2011 but received no correspondence yet from visa section

And already completed my master degree

Want to apply PSW before visa section response but don't know... i can do it or not????

Plz guide me if somebody else is facing this problem????

If your appeal is allowed.its very simple.

Just go to any solicitor and ask them give you concern letter explaining all your visa status.as your appeal is allowed you get 20points which I am.not getting.

Hi,

Thanks so much for your help.
The problem is my solicitor is saying, i have to wait untill i will get current leave to remain (biometric card). because in the application form of PSW i have to surrender that card.
BUt i will definitely discuss " concern letter" which i didn't know before. Actually i have a plan to hire some legal representation to go with me at UKBA premium service what do you think about this??? But its true that it is quite expensive???
