hello everyone . i cant wait any longer and i m so happy to find ppl in the same situation .i apply at 18th of dec 2011. the ppl in the embassy called my wife 31 of jan and the told her that i will grant the visa within this month . i dont know what to do .i m so worried .cant wait .

Hi Adam,

May be the embassy will speed things up this month, as they called your wife in two weeks. Most of us been called in 3 weeks, and they have passed their 12 weeks deadlines for most of us, we will be 12 weeks this week.

I Applied in dec 18th and the call was on 31st jan so it was more then 5 weeks to get the call, But the guy on the phone said it should be sorted by feb.

I am more apprehensive now that it is coming closer to deadline.. it is all I think about, I am fed up checking the screen million times a day to see if it will change status, it feels like it will never change!

Hi everyone my wife got call today again frm British embassy Cairo with the same questions again, and the lady on Fone said she didn't knw tht someone else had called last week bit confused.
