Tier 2 General help

Hi Guys,

I applied for Tier 2 General Visa 2 weeks and received an acknowledgement and I'm waiting for Biometric Letter from UKBA.
My visa runs out this Sat 11 Feb. My concern is Can I work or not for my employer from Next Monday 13th Feb 2012.

As long as you have applied for a new visa well within the expiry of your present one, which you have, you can continue working. As your employer themselves will sponsor you, ask your HR to call UKBA and confirm this.

My employer did the same and they were happy with what UKBA said.
