Dependent applied same time inside UK-Urgent query

Hi

I have applied 17/1/2012 dependent visa(Tier 4 G student visa) inside UK. The main applicant got the reference number. But I am not yet received that. The visa application fees also deducted 20/01/2012.Please advice me how to get the reference number? Or do we get one reference number as we(husband &wife) applied together?

I think they usually only send one acknowledgment letter. I can check on Monday.

yup only the main application gets the acknowledgment letter.

Can I use the same reference number if I need to apply another visa?

Because I (dependent) am planning to apply now Tier 2.

what do you mean by using the same reference number?? from what i think you have to do a whole new application since u are already applying under tier 4...
