Tier 1 Gen dependant query

Hi All,

Could you please tell me apart from dependant passport and filled app. form what else documents we need to submit for Tier 1 Gen dependant application from dependant side. I, main applicant will provide all the financial documents such as bank statements, tenancy docs, salary slips etc.
Do we need to submit birth certificate of dependant?

The habit of being spoon fed is good but sometimes you have to search for the spoon.
