Hi,
I want to share my experience with all you guys about my tier 1 extension which got approved on 02-02-2012.I applied for my first extension for me and my wife. I went inside the ukba building around 8:35 as my appointment was at 8:45.Everything was done in nearly 3 hours.
I worked for different employers during the 12 month period including (4 months) my own company of which I was employee.
Document submitted:
1. Pay slips for 12 months
2. Dividend vouchers for 4 months(During this period i was employee of my own company)
3. Original Personal bank statements for 12 months .
4.Master degree certificate as i was calming point for the same( I initially applied on the basis of bachelors degree )
Highlighted the salary payment and dividend payment in personal bank statements.
I got the approval letter on the same day around 12:15 pm.
Also i got my BRP card today around 1:30 pm through DX(06-02-1012).
I sincerely thank this forum for sharing the valuable information and owe a lot to members for valuable inputs.

Did you provide two separate documents as proof of address for your wife? Thanks in advance.

There is no requirement of providing a address proof for the dependent. So I dint provided any address proof for my wife.

Did you also attach a marriage certificate? I wanted to know if its required to attach a marriage certificate again, even though it was provided in the initial application

I attended PEO and the case worker didn't ask for it.
But if you are using postal option, then it would be worth sending your marriage certificate.

Normally it should be there within 7 working days.
I received mine on 2nd working day after my approval.
