Can a person file for a work permit for an apprenticeship?

Please note that depending on your age and country of citizenship, you may be able to apply for a working holiday maker visa (WHM). This allows you to work to subsidise holidays, and some people use them to get experience during short term employment periods (3 months for each employer in the space of a year, if memory does not fail me)

I want to learn to be a tatoo artist and the only way that can be done is through an apprenticeship.
