My Tier 1 extension is due in April 2012 and i have few confusions in this regards. I called UKBA help line and every agent has given me different answers. Could you please help me to clarify these questions?
1) In Tier 1 Extension Application form Section D. Question D3. What date was the entry clearance or visa issued?
I applied for Tier 1 Visa on 8th March 2009. On 10th March 2009 Tier 1 Visa issued to me and Start date of my Visa was 29th April 2009.
Now i want to know which date is correct answer of this question.
2) My date of birth is in 21-December-1978. I got my HSMP Approval letter on 28th October 2008, at that time my age was 29 Years. I applied for my Tier 1 visa on 8th March 2009 and in March i become 30.
In Tier 1 Extension form Section G. Question G1. If i mention 29 i will get 10 points and if i mention 30 i will get 5 points. Which date is right date for my first grant of leave. Is it 28th October or 8th March?
3) I have Masters degree from Pakistan, After four years of Engineering degree. When i applied for my HSMP I got 35 points for my Masters, now at the time of extension official point based calculator is giving me 30 points which is equivalent to Bachelors. My question is what should i claim in my application form against question H3. Is it 35 or 30? If i claim 35 then i can not verify it against point based calculator and i will not be able to answers question H2.
