13 payslips in 12 consecutive months for Tier 1 ext

Post by jaz73 » Sat Feb 04, 2012 4:43 am

I get paid my monthly salary on the 15th of each month. Except for Dec11, I was paid my salary on 14th of Dec11. If I consider 15Dec10-14Dec11 as my 12 consecutive months earnings I will have 13 payslips instead of 12. Due to this fact I meet the qualification criteria for previous earnings. Am I correct in applying for extention with 13 payslips?

As rightly pointed out by "created4luv" it should be from dec 2010 to nov 2011.(12 payslips)

Raxs1983 has correctly stated in the other thread about the salary period.

You can show 13 months salary if the salary paid to you (on 15th) is for a month starting on 15th of previous month and ending on 14th the current month.

You cannot use the model that you've shown, if your salary is for a salary month starting on 1st and ending on the last day of the month. If this is the case, you are just being paid late by 15 days and hence you can't use 13 months salary slips.
