Can We Apply SET(M) straight after FLR(M)

Post by faisall » Tue Feb 07, 2012 9:48 pm

Hi Guys

I was recently granted ILR from Tier 1 General Visa.

My Wife was granted tier1 dependant visa and arrived in the UK in December 2009. she is here with me since then (her Tier1 dependant visa is valid until May 2012)

Now since I was granted ILR in November 2011. I have to apply for her FLR(M)

My question is: Once she is granted with her FLR(M) can we apply for her SET(M) straight after her FLR(M)? as she is in the UK for more than 2 years now?

Please advise
