Please help me on my ILR application

Post by nk_se » Tue Feb 07, 2012 6:40 pm

Hi,
I'm going to Liverpool PEO on 13th Feb for my ILR. I have 2 questions to ask. I'm applying under work permit catogory SET(O), have been in the UK with a work permit since 05/03/2007. Still with the same employee.
1. How many salary slips and bank statements I should submit? The UKBA website says it's just the most recent salary slip and the most recent bank statement. Only the month of Januar salary slip and month of January bank stattement would be enough? Do I have to show my P60 / P45 as well?
I have seen some people have submitted 12 months salary slips/bank statemements and P60 as well. I assume they are not applying with a work permit. Is that correct?
2. I got the visa on my passport on 23rd Feb 2007 but came to the UK on 05th March 2007. I'm going to the PEO on 13th Feb 2012. Am I eligible to apply on this day?
I really appriciate your answers.

I am going to Liverpool PEO on 16th Feb.

Normally you should produce 3 months payslips and bank statements.
The earliest day to apply for your ILR is 6th Feb.

Thanks Maggie. Are you taking P60/P45 with you?

Yes I will.

Could you please share your experience after your application on 13th Feb at Liverpool PEO? Under what category are you going to apply for ILR?

Maggie,
Sure, I will share. Watch out this space.

Vinny,
Thanks Vinny. Luckily I have no problems with the salary but my Job title is not in the SOC code so we went for the nearest match. Fingers crossed.
