yup you have to do together.

https://apply.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/se ... ntRegister

1.create your account
2. log into your account.
3.click book a new appointment
4. click tier 4 student-adult
5.since u;re doing a postal click NO on premium service
6. include 1 on the next box since you are have a dependent
7. than check the dates when u are available for the biometric

remember once you appoint urself for the biometric.. keep checking because u can get a even earlier date.

choose the first available appointment that you can attend. you don't need to attend an appt within 15 days, just book an appt within 15 days.

why don't you guys use post office to enroll your bio metrics? I guess thats a lot easier and convenient way.

because post office biometric is only for one applicant. it is not for applicant who has dependent with them.
