Hi there, was just reading through your posts and wondered about help. My husband and I were married in USA in 2007. He is Moroccan, I am Australian/British dual citizenship. I moved over here in October and we applied two weeks ago for his spousal visa to come and join me, but we were denied. I'm thinking it might be easier to reapply addressing the ridiculous reasons they gave us or should I appeal? Any help or comments would be appreciated.

I did the same, I was checking every hour but that is the first thing I also do, when I saw it changed I could not believe my eyes
I had to check again.

It is worth appealing if you think you have a strong case. with fresh application, they can always find other things you have not thought of, or considered.

I'm not sure when ours changed. I stopped checking all the time cos it was driving me crazy. We didn't see it until the early evening. It was extremely exciting after this long wait, but actually I thought it would be delayed more so wasn't expecting it on time anymore.
I'm travelling to Cairo today from UK and we'll go together to get the documents tomorrow, Insh'Allah. Either way it goes, I don't want him to be on his own for this!
