messy accounts...problem?

ok I'm not here to brag and show off, I just need to ask a direct question...about my spouse visa app (me British, she is ghanian)

My limited company accounts (which I am sole shareholder and director, employee etc) are somewhat messy...salary is taken sporadically and sometimes in conjunction with different dividend amounts etc (it was my first year as a contractor)

on the plus side I have a letter from my accountant, explaining my salary/dividends etc

and another plus is the company (me the contractor) averages 3-5k per month

My question is, will it be a problem that my wages are sporadic, even though there is a strong cashflow running through the accounts?
