Yet to receive acknowledgement letter

Its been 10 working days now and yet to receive acknowledgement letter, others said they received within a week......

Any possible reasons why mine is taking too long, docs received in HO on Fri 27th jan 2012, money taken Monday 30th, cleared from account Wed 1st Feb. Paid by card.....

It is hard to tell. The factors range from letter hasn't been sent, missed post to slow postal system. Everything being equal, it should be on its way to you by this weekend or next weekend.

I never even got an acknowledgement. Just the biometric invitation 4 weeks after. Not everyone gets one...

I applied on 26th jan money deducted from account on 31st jan but have not got the acknowledgement letter

I applied on 6th Jan. Postal orders were encashed by the HO on the 12th. No acknowledgement letter but got the biometric invitation on 3rd Feb date 1st Feb. Gave biometrics on the 8th.
