In section 1, Contact details are required.

Do we need to mention the address which is given to my credit card?

For credit card I mentioned my Office address.

I can mention my address in section 1. Right?

I think you are referring to the Contact Details section for the HSMP team. Here you should specify the contact address where you want HSMP team to send you your decision letter and submitted documents.

If you've already mentioned your home address then I hope its OK until you continue to live at the same place till receiving your hsmp decision letters and documents back.
