Thank you very much for the quick turnaround, i was going through the document. Looking at the section 6, do I needs to end up my application till section O (O. Applicant Declaration) or I needs to attach the section P as well (P. Representative’s Details and Declaration)

I'll be applying myself and do not have any representatives for me.

Please note.
There seems to be a change in Dependent application form.

Just checked the form and found this on the website.

Application form for dependants of points-based system migrants - valid from 14 February 2012.PDF 716KB opens in a new window

But still the document which is getting loaded is old one. verson 07/2011.

So please be careful to download the valid Dependent Form.
