Tire 2 to ILR Dependent

I am on Tire 1 General due for ILR this June 2012. I got married in Sep 2011 and my spouse is on Tire 2 Intra Company Transfer until March 2013.

Now when I apply for my ILR can I apply for my spouse as a dependent on my ILR application? Or should I wait until I get my ILR approved and then add here as a dependent?

Also is there a category for Tire 2 to ILR Dependent?

Any help will be very much appreciated….
