Hi,
I came to UK on 7th Feb 2007 with HSMP and then converted to Tier1 when I extended my stay in 2008. I have total absences of 202 days till now. I am going to finish the 5 years of stay on 7th Feb 2012. I am working for the same company for the past 4 years. So, I have continuous emlpoyment during my absence from UK. Initially, when I entered in UK, I stayed for 36 days and went back to India. Ie. from 13th March 2007 to 29th April 2007. The following are the durations that I was absent from UK.
13 Mar 2007- 29th Apr 2007 - 46 Days
12 Dec 2007- 1 Jan 2008 - 20 Days
10 Aug 2008- 6 Sep 2008 - 25 Days
31 Jan 2009 - 24 Mar 2009 - 52 Days
31 Jan 2010 - 16 Feb 2010 - 16 Days
11 Dec 2010 - 23 Jan 2011 - 43 Days
Out of these absenses, 20 days are for my marriage in India and 14 days are of Paternity leave. My employer can give any letter if I request them. Please suggest me when will I be actually eligible to apply for ILR(to follow 180 day rule)?
