Need help...successful limited company but haven't filed tax

Post by jimmurray » Mon Feb 13, 2012 9:27 pm

I have a steady income from my own limited company, started Jan 2011, but don't file tax until October 2012 and probably wont have anything to show until Jan 2013

Do you think they could use this as an excuse not to grant my wife a spouse visa, even tho I make good money on a regular basis?

I would like to know if someone has been successful previously despite this or some sort of precedent exists

thanks
