Please help me with the copy of Aadil raja;s case,

hi,
I had applied for PSW on the Basis of ACCA fundamental level along with all the relevant papers and case reference. Still my Visa has been refused. I am lodging my appeal on coming week. Can anyone plz forward me Aadil raja's document, i missed on page most probably.

Also if possible can anyone provide me any other reference if available.

It will be a great help.

Vinny i don't believe it is a reported determination-i believe the op is referring to the unreported determination of another forum member.

The spelling of Aadil raja is correct.

if anyone have nay copy of an appeal case on the same basis which has won, plz send me a copy.

vinny - only UT unreported determinations are on here - and my understanding is that it is a FTT determination.
