Is this possible to use two bank statements?

I will be applying for PSW along with my wife, I just wanted to ask can she use her bank statement for her maintenance funds i.e £533 and I use my bank statement for maintenance funds i.e £800? or do we need to use only my bank statement?

yes, you can use her bank account as well. as long as funding documents are under your name or your dependent's name, it's acceptable. you can also write a cover letter and mention it. good luck
