Set O - Section 5 Home and Finances

Hi all,

I have 3 queries in section 5 Home and Finances: (please note my husband is an EU citizen and is not part of my application)

1. Question 5.2 Do you pay rent, how much? - Do i put the rent of the whole property or just the amount I pay? My husband and I share the rent equally.

2. Question 5.5 Are you recieving any public funds? - Do i tick yes or No? My husband received a tax credit in 2010 and he has applied for child benefit for our son (which has been granted but not yet received) He had to include my details as his wife on both. Will this cause me any problems in my application?
