Qualifying period for ILR

Has anybody been recently applied ILR for wife under Tier 2 General (not in UK for 2 year qualifying period) with success?

Please let me know.

your question is not well defined ? you need to mention which category of applications are you looking at, since some categories don't need the 2 year clause to be fulfilled.
