Hi anirban_paul,
I think you are applying for extension. I would say keep it simple dont include too many documets those are not needed like university certificate stating that degree was taught in english where you have already proved that when got your visa first time. I think it will confuse the case worker. in my openion what you need is just pay slips and bank statment if your all earning is from employment. + passport, forms etc... aslo no need for berth certificate and stuff. you can keep them with you for your own satisfaction but make it simple. good luck with your application hope you get your visa. please post your experiance once you have come back. are you going there by train? Thanks

Education: Claimed 35
Previously provided for initial tier1G application, not producing anything this time.

UK experience: claimed 5 for UK education

English: Claimed 10: Degree taught in English. Not producing any document this time. Same as qualification

Looks good. Only other thing might be to take along your last submitted P60. If not, any other official document containing your UTR number from HMRC

Dear Friends,

Could any one of you help me with this case..?

Case -
I started with Ltd company..last year after I have taken redundancy from my previous employerin Nov 2010. I did not take any salary till 31st March 2011 but took dividends equivalent to 9000 GBP.

Question -
When I asked my Accountant to provide a P60, she mentioned that you did not take any salary so .. no need to produce P60 for the same.. and you anyway have P45 from your previous employer.. does that mean - I can show my P45 instead of P60 following above comments...?

Please help me ..I am due to apply for extension.

I believe what you are asking is, whether you need to take a copy of bank statement. The answer is yes, it's always beneficial to take copies.

In case you don't submit a copy UKBA will not return your original bank statement.

Yes, it's recommended to carry copies of relevant documents however HO can't refuse an application if copy was not provided.
Also they can't retain any original document that was not addressed to them.
