[Enquiries]Tier 1(G) Extension application form

Post by cloud0112 » Wed Feb 15, 2012 9:12 am

Hello guys,

I am extending my Tier1(G) and filling the application form in but have got a couple of questions. If you know the answer and give me some advice, that will be hugely appreciated.

1. Section 3 .... I need to complete Section 3 as well as other Sections. Is it correct?

2. In Section 2, Q14 ..... where can I find the PBS migrant reference no?
Have looked the visa but couldn't find it.

3. In Section 2 > Immigration history ..... my visa history is a bit complicated. I don't know which one to state on the form.

- came to UK very first time under student visa (obtained from home country) -> went back to my country for six months -> came to UK under student visa -> later swithced to Work Permit -> Tier 1 (General)

I will submit my previous passport, so I assume my first visit as student visa should be written on the form as well. (Or is it okay to say for my current Tier 1 visa obtain? )

As I am preparing the extension without lawyer's help, I am struggling. Please help me.

Thank you very much.

1. Yes
2. It's not on the residence permit/visa. If you still have the letters that accompanied the decision - look there for it - if you can't find it leave it blank
3. put the most recent entry clearance (visa obtained from outside the UK)
