I think people applying before MArch 5 should fill both the forms and take it along with them and should submit the one which they ask..

do not post both forms - it will just cause confusion. You should ideally use the new form, but you can use the old form until 5th March (the rules permit old forms to be used for 21 days) - to be on the safe side use the new one.

I have PEO appointment (CROYDON) hence I am taking both forms, and will only give the old one unless they ask for the new form. If it was postal I would have posted the new form.

I have a query.

In the section H (new form), there is a question:

H1. Have you ever had any Home Office or UK Border Agency reference number(s) assigned to you?
Yes Go to question H2
No Go to question H3


I cannot remember any reference number. I did not reserve any letter from Home Office to me. For example, previous Tier-1 approval letter.

What should be my anwser? Please help.

I am completely confused now, I downloaded the older version( v07/2011) on 12th Feb, filled it in and signed on the 15th Feb and posted on special delivery on the 16th Feb, did not see there was a new version released on the 14th Feb 2012. What should i do? would the HO accept it? The post on the news section relating forms being accepted till 5th March is relating to Tier 1 guideline changes, does this still apply for postal Tier 1 PBS dependant for my child?

I am going to call them tomorrow to find out, but am I better of cancelling the application and sending it again, advise please

The old form i.e version v07/2011 is still accepted so need not to worry as you have already posted you application before 5th March.

Thanks params0073, spoke to the HO, they said that if need be the case worker will contact and send you the updated application form for you to fill in and there is no need cancel or panic. fingers crossed all will work out for the good. Lesson learn check application version on the day of sending just to avoid this sort of hassle.

F1. Have you been convicted of any criminal offence in the United Kingdom or any other country?
Yes - go to question F2 No - go to question F3

After F1 and F2, the next page(number 21) starts with F7....
and F3 is at page 24.

Don't understand if it is a mistake or they want the flow like that !
