Certified copy of Sponser's Passport for settlement visa

1.Do the applicant need to submit Notary certified copy of Sponser's passport or just a copy will do ?

2. Is it mandatory to show a minimum 6 months valid Tenancy agreement from the date of submission to VFS in case of settlement visa ?

certified copy - yes

You have to show that you have accommodation - 6 months left on tenancy would be good so it looks stable
