Maintenance fund and Payslip issue

Post by ashafqat » Wed Feb 15, 2012 6:32 pm

Hi Friends,

I have couple of small queries.

1)
I have been living in UK for almost 12 months. After my visa stamping I came in UK just for 10 days then I returned back.

I moved here permanently on 4th March 2011. Next month I am planning to apply for my extension (end of March). By the rule the time when I will apply for extension I will be in UK for more than 12 months but in between I spent almost 1 month in my home country just to utilize m annual vacation.

Now at the time of extension for Maintenance fund do I have to show 533 or 1600 for my spouse?

2)
In April and December 2011 because of bank holidays and Christmas my company has transferred our salary couple of days earlier than normal time and on our Payslips salary issue date is different than actual deposit date. Do you guys think it would be a problem?

Waiting for your kind reply

What does ALMOST 12 month mean. It is either 12 month or not.

If its 12 months or + - £533 if not (even 363 days) - £1600

Your second point - Dont worry about it. You are fine as long as the salary amount matches ur bank statement. With most of the companies, you get that.

That month vacation should be fine. As long as it wasnt serious absence from the UK
