congratulations on the review being overturned...i also had a deadline of 31/01/12 but apparently the ECO didnt bother reviewing our case again so therefore the deadline passed, thats why now i think i have to attend court...but i just wanted to ask that on what date did you get that email? because maybe theres still hope for me and if you dont mind me asking then on what basis was the visa refused? and did you also get an hearing letter like me after the deadline?

After a few days break I returned home today and as per habit, checked my mail straight away and suprise suprise there was a letter from the AIT. I assumed that it is probably a change of hearing date or venue however alhumdulillah the refusal has been overturned! Just checked hubby's email and he has recieved the call letter also. Still in shock. I don't think it has sunk in. I wont launch into a speech now but I would like to thank everybody for your support, it definitely has made this journey easier.
For all those waiting, I pray that Allah unites you with your loved ones soon- I know how difficult this journey is, I am just grateful that after 6 years, I finally see the light at the end of the tunnel x

my hubby told me few hour ago that he received a call from Gerry,s and they said your passport iz ready for collection so happy to hear that inshallah he will go tomorrow
between 2-5 to collect his passport i hope he got his visa.cant wait.oh online status also changed aswell say the same R F C .how nice this mornning i waz thinking it will probebly take about 2 weeks,alhumdulilallah it came in 16 days wow happy.

Happy married life and please keep in touch! When will hubby be coming then? And ofcourse it is visa granted, you are probs feeling like me it didn't sink in until you guys hammered it into my brain with reassurance lol.

my hubby got his visa. wooohooo.thank you sis i was very worried yes you are wright it didnt sink innit im soooo happy .... My hubby only put a date of intended travel no travel ticket reservations etc. Despite putting intended date of travel passport was processed when it suited them.
