Working Tax Credit again!

There really should be a sticky for this, so many questions on WTC.

So things are changing and my question is for a couple how do the hours work?
British with Non British/Non Eu

for currently:
If the non Brtish Citizen works more hours or is the only one working can the couple still apply? Or does the BC have to be the one working?

For 2012
Now the hours have changed to 24 for a couple is the ratio important for a British Citizen/Non British Citizen?

So close to not having to think about these things anymore woo hoo but the questions are still worth asking
