Tier 1 (General) - Out of country application

I'm UK graduated individual with 3 years of work experience in London. But, due to unusual life circumstances and sloppy work from my companie's HR my leave to remain was curtailed. Am I eligible to apply for Tier 1 (General) from out of country.

I'm sorry that you lost your job. It must be a difficult time for you. Unfortunately Tier 1 (General) is now closed for out-of-country applications with effect from 23 December 2010.
