Where have you been? I hope you are well. Yes a lot of progression, my hubby and sister Akaamir's hubby have both been granted visa Alhumdhulila. Many more on this forum as well.

when u submit ur case...on the same day the applicant wil get a text message sayin we hav forwarded ur applicaiton to OC...and it wil show u that online aswell..

and im not too sure if u wil get a text message bout under process by bhc..but it shud definitely change online...

and then the appllicant will get a text message sayin ready for collection..and wil giv details of when and when to go to pickup passport adn docs..and it wil also change online...

My wife's status has changed to under process at the bhc yesterday it took 2 weeks to change I hope She gets called in tomorrow to pick it up inshallah Please keep me n your duas

so was ur court date on the 3rd( just a couple of days after the review deadline)...that dont make sense because ive got an hearing date of 3rd april! also who should i email for any latest updates.

khair mubarek bro i check yesterday morning it was state that under process at BHC later on when i call my hubby he told me he received call from gerrys and they said you can come tomorow ( thursday) to collect his passport.our status took 2 week to change so dont worry.

if you check again may be your status is changed. inshallah not long now your wife will get call from gerrys anyday now.good luck.

No the letter was dated the 3rd Feb, a few days after the deadline however the court hearing date specified within the letter was for the 3rd April. Send your email to the following add visaenquiries.islamabad@fco.gov.uk. Ensure you add all the relevant info such as applicants name, DOB, appeal no etc. Best of luck

sorry to bug you again but i think that the stress is now getting to me so please dont mind..just wanted to ask that wasnt your husband contacted via mobile or did they just email both of you? Ive emailed that address about twice now but they dont seem to want to reply...so do they ever reply?

Don't apologise, Im happy to help

- I can undastand how frustrating the process can be

They dont like emails very much however continue emailing and I promise they will eventually reply. Their standard time is 5 working days within which you should receive a reply however this isn't always the case.

As for the phonecall, we didn't get one. My husband received an email yesterday and I received a letter in the post from the AIT informing me that the ECO has withdrawn their decision.

All I can suggest is you continue emailing, contacting the AIT is fairly useless as they won't be able to help you either. Good luck, make dua and insh'allah your patience will be rewarded

I'm hoping it will change tomorrow inshallah because every time I have been contacted by gerrys has been a Friday my lucky day lol
