Clarification on questions in the new dependent form

Post by sandram45 » Thu Feb 16, 2012 2:58 pm

Members,

Any guidance on answering M6, L3 & L4

M6: Has the main applicant's application been assessed in accordance with paragraphs 39-42 of the HSMP forum ltd. Judicial review policy document?

Yes Or No
I have not applied under the HSMP rules, but switched from a WP to a Tier 1 General. Should the responce be a "No" above?
-----------------------------

Section L

L3: reference number of the main applicants most recent application to us
What is the reference number?
L4: date of the main applicants most recent aapication to us?

Regards
Sandram

I have the same problem as you. I don't have any previous letter from Home office. For example, Tier-1 initial grant letter from HO. I am missing.

I dont know what to answer. Any idea?

I assume you are applying for your dependent extension so the most recent would be when you applied for the initial grant which was in your home country. So the reference number would be red number and the date would be when you applied for your initial grant(date when you paid the fee at VFS).

Hope this helps.

What if, main applicant is applying along with Dependent.
Then what should be the reference number and Date for Main applicants most recent application.

Will I need to still enter the dates & reference number when i initially applied?

You might have got a letter from Home office in which it would have been written as Our reference..Please mention that number

L4: date of the main applicants most recent aapication to us?
your recent application date. I mean your previous application date.
