New jobs creation

Post by daYZman » Fri Feb 17, 2012 2:40 pm

Hi

Regarding the requirement of creating new jobs, the guidance document says:

"A worker who is employed for part of a year and then leaves the job can be replaced by another worker so that the employment as a whole adds up to 12 months."

Doesn't the requirement expect an *equivalent* of 2x new posts and that a single person could take up 24-month employment. Thus, the last bit of that statement shouldn't be 12 months but 24 months, right?

Also, does the new worker have to take up the same *post" in order to have points awarded? Could I, say, hire a programmer for 1 month, then a CSR manager for 11 months, then a secretary for 6 months, etc.

Thanks
