Tickets to UK one way or return ?

Post by Ajay Kumar Singh » Thu Jul 22, 2004 5:03 am

Getting ready for tickets. Should i take one way ticket or return ?
I prefer one way, there is no return :) and it gives me more fund for applying EC for my spouse.

Do immigration officers at airport gonna raise eyebrows for one way ticket ?

No

It makes more sense to get a one way ticket since you will not have to visit your home country within the ticket validity period. Get a return ticket from the UK when you next want to visit home - that is ofcourse if you still want to come back to the UK :-)

And no as Chess said since there is a possibility of indefinite stay in the UK, there will be no raised eyebrows!
