Can anyone please guide dependent visa process form and documents from India.

Which are the documents of main applicant needs to be send original.

3. Dependent passport+ its photocopy[Notarized????]
4. Passport size photo -2
5.Marriage certificate original
6.Nikkah nama original
7.Tb certificate
8.Some marrage photo

10. Complete VAF10 form

As per policy guideline only evidence to be required is 3 months bank statement for main application where u have to show 800+533
No bank statement for deoendent or fund as such

Plus there is no mention of tenancy agreement also --is that required

Anyone have processed recently please advice

No, completely wrong! Only the dependant needs to show maintenance in situations where the application is not taking place at the same time as the PBS migrant (main applicant).

in vaf10 policy guidance at 5.2 it says either dependent or main applicant must maintain balance £1333 (if main applicant in UK more than 12 months).
But main applicant must provide his three months bank statements

That's correct but I did not find any point where its mention tenancy agreement is required

Where have u find that dependent only has to show maintenance fund not main applicant ?

Don’t know any home office link where its mention about the Tenancy agreement, but people who’s applying recommended about it. Also my wife was PSW dependent, now she is going to apply for Tier 1 gen dependent. Last time we provided the Tenancy agreement

Hi all members,

Omar 78,

I have an urgent question for you if you could advice. My wife was with me in UK on a work permit dependant visa. She is back to my country now because my work permit was expiring. I am in uk on tier 2 visa now.

My wife and daughter are now applying for a visa as tier 2 dependant. My question is
1) Does my wife need to show all the marriage/relationship related documents again? pics, tel bills, cards, emails, marriage cards, certificate etc. She showed it all to ECO last time 2.5 years back when coming as work permit dependant.

2) May daughter is born in UK. Other than her birth certificate, do we need any other document also?
