PSW Visa, please help

Hi all,

iam currently on workpermit and my wife as dependant. iam currently having some problems with my employer. She has finished masters degree in november 2011. she got job in january and currently working. On february 13th, homeoffice announced recent changes in PSW visa stating that person with an offer letter and salary greater than 20000pd can be extended.Can she apply for PSW in Nov 2012 under new rules taking 1year into account from the graduation date. Your help would be much appreciated.

The post study scheme will officially close on 5 April 2012.
